Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

What You Need – 

5-10lbs Pork Butt/Shoulder Roast
1 Yellow/Sweet Onion
6-10 Garlic Cloves
3 Tsp Salt
Pepper to taste

What You’ll Do – 

Step 1: Slice onion and cover the bottom of your crockpot.

Step 2: De-shell your 6-10 garlic cloves – cut any super large cloves in half

Step 3: Using a knife, create 6-10 pockets within your roast.  Fill with garlic cloves.

Step 4: Place roast in slow cooker.

Step 5: Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

Step 6: Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

Step 7: Shred with a fork and enjoy!
